Best Western Lone Star Inn

The staff were all very helpful with our group needing extra towels and pillows and blankets The breakfast was fine, Our room was neat and clean. The tub has rust around the drain and connections

The pool was disgraceful. Not what I would expect from a popular hotel. It has not been maintained for a long time and it is disgustingly gross with stuff growing in it.

It was very clean and staff were professional.

The bathroom almost caught fire due to electric issue and breaker was turned off so there were no working lights in the room the second night.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Clean room.

Those remotes Best Western uses for TVS are just horrible. Could not purchase drinks or snacks due to not having cash.

Homophobic, bad service, rude, bad customer service, bad systems. They write down your stuff on a notebook paper and pray they dont retentive you room out once you''re already in it. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!

It was clean and the A/C worked beautifully. I feel like sometimes adjustable thermostats are just for show in hotel rooms. But our room was wonderfully cold.

We apparently missed breakfast. It was 9am on Sunday when we went down and everything was put away. We were pretty bummed and slightly annoyed. I think Saturday and Sunday breakfast should be open until 9:30am.

It was close to the tournament we were attending.

We were locked out when we arrived after midnight, and took 20 minutes to check in. Free breakfast did not get refilled - was supposed to last until 9:00am but hardly any food by 8:00.

Pictures made the room seem bigger. Staff charged my credit card twice without explanation. I will never go back again.

Extremely overpriced- seriouslyxxx for a best westerm?! I can pay that and stay at a nice hotel in dt San Antonio. I know the only reason why it's that high is because it's the only hotel (not motel) in Edna, which is unfair.
